Sizing in three steps
Welcome to a quick instructional guide on how to use the Noren Products Heat Exchanger Sizing Program. This guide is designed to be short and sweet - of course feel free to post questions you may have and the Noren Products Webmaster will address then as soon as possible.
What you'll need:
- Cabinet dimensions
- Internal temperature, or wattage of internal components
- Number of sides the cabinet has exposed

- Step One: Choose your cooler category
- Air to air (heat measured by temperature)
- Air to air (heat measured by watts)
- Air to water (heat measured by temperature)
- Air to water (heat measured by watts)
- Step Two: Choose how many heat exchangers will be required
- Enter 1 if your enclosure is not in an extreme heat location
- Enter 2 if your enclosure is in an extreme heat location such as a desert or tropical environment
- Step three: Specify Cabinet Parameters:
- Enter the Height, Width, Depth of your enclosure
- Enter internal temperature in farenheit as well as your external temperature (also indicate water temperature when choosing an air to water unit in Step One
- Indicate number of exposed surfaces
- Run Program: click the "Run Program" button at the end of the form.
- Results are presented in the table on the right hand side of the screen
- Use this table to choose a heat exchanger that best meets your cooling needs
- All unit model numbers are linked to the corrasponding product page or pdf document wiht more information about that particular unit
